In an effort to further educate the public on abusive practices in the Attorney General’s office, WV CALA has put together a comprehensive report of Darrell McGraw’s most outrageous antics. WV CALA’s report details:
- Attorney General McGraw’s practice of enriching his campaign contributing personal injury lawyer friends with no-bid legal contracts;
- McGraw’s failure to adequately represent his state agency clients, resulting in the possible loss of millions in taxpayer funds; and,
- Wasteful spending of public resources for campaign purposes.
