Analysis of electrical accidents shows that many accidents of electric shock have occurred due to negligence of technical documentation: a part of its processing, storage and treatment of her every day. The whole life of electrical systems, ranging from the design to write-off of its decommissioning, must be strictly documented. Technical documentation that guides the operation of electrical installations is divided into permanent and online documentation.
