Judicial Ethics

The cornerstone of any effective, stable court system is a reliable standard of judicial ethics. Sadly, West Virginians have not always seen a high level judicial ethics among some who sit on our courts, although we have many honorable and respected judges as well.

At times, actions in and out of the courtroom of those who are charged with interpreting the laws and standards of the land have caused the Mountain State embarrassment and have cast a shadow over our judicial system.
