W.Va. high court trims $2 million

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) – In response to Gov. Joe Manchin’s call for 3.4 percent cuts in spending, the West Virginia Supreme Court has voted to trim an additional $2 million from its budget.
Chief Justice Robin Jean Davis said Wednesday that $2 million represents 4 percent of the court system’s discretionary budget. [...]
